Ordering…

Orders are made directly through this website by adding items to your ‘cart’ and then ‘checking out’ or to discuss personal commissions please use the email address above.

To make ordering and tracking your order easier we recommend that you create an account with Silver Birch, simply click ‘Login’ and enter your details.

Pricing…

All prices are correct at time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove items from time to time and as necessary.

Payment…

All orders made though Silver Birch can be paid for securely through PayPal gateway or by a Bank Transfer, more details for each method will be given once order is placed.

Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal, you can simply click on ‘Don’t have a PayPal account’ link, you then pay in the usual way as a PayPal guest.

Item Descriptions and Images…

Every effort has been made to make sure all images are a true representation of the item of jewellery you will receive, however all items are individually handmade and there will invariably be small discrepancies from time to time between items. Silver Birch cannot be held responsible for this.

We do believe that this is what makes each item special and truly one of a kind.
