If your purchase does not meet your expectations please return it to us, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund or exchange. Please remember to include your contact details and reason for return.
To make a return please email email@example.com to obtain authorisation and a returns address.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised jewellery or items made to order, unless faulty. For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are also non-returnable unless faulty.
Personal commissions: Full payment for all commissions will need to be paid in advance before production is to commence. In the event that an order is cancelled by the client a fee of 35% of the total order will be retained by Silver Birch Jewellery.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or faulty Silver Birch will refund your return postage.
We recommend that you request proof of posting, which can be obtained by using either Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. Silver Birch is not responsible for damage or loss in transit.
These terms do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
